Builds an operation model of ice cool storage air conditioning system. Based on hourly loads of typical meteorological year obtained by simulation, provides a calculation formula of annual operating cost. Analyses the initial investment of ice cool storage air conditioning equipment, and builds the minimum objective function of life cycle cost. Obtains the design capacities of the chiller and ice cool storage devices with minimum ice cool storage system life cycle cost using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm model.
